Edited Photos & Photography Work:
Edited Photos are completed within 5 to 7 days. Additional time is required for "Fine Art" photos, please allow 10 days (depending on level of detail requested). For Peak Wedding Season Times, Please Allow Up To 2 Weeks For Completion. Always 2 disks are provided to clients - 1 unedited & 1 fully edited. At anytime, clients may review edited stills & request specific stills to be changed & sent. On the "Fine Art" stills, clients can select images they wish to be changed or add other stills to be "Fine Art" enhanced at a small additional fee. Package Photos & DVD's are lifetime protected & guaranteed satisfaction - EXCEPT, for events that are only hired by the hour. In which case, the client must be aware of lighting conditions & surroundings, as photographer assistants & studio lighting will not be provided for. It is also the responsibility of the client to notify the photographer of any special request shots, other than the normal work flow. A request of copyright form is available for use of printing photos, if needed. Clients are required to sign a form of release for the portfolio use, in exchange for a discount. Should the client refuse the rights for portfolio use, the discount becomes void & clients are responsible to pay the difference. Your Perfect Photo Studios reserves the right to modify & update packages & prices at any time, with the exception, under a signed contract, the client is grandfathered in to the original rate & plan, unless, they accept the new package plan. If special requests for portraits are needed, it is the client's responsibility to mention those requests, if they are outside the normal workflow. Under any circumstance, Y.P.P.S. will NOT photograph a person if they do not wish to have their image captured - NO EXCEPTIONS. Should the primary photographer become unavailable for the event, a secondary photographer will resume photographing the event.
For videos:
Please allow 5 to 7 days for video editing completion. During Peak Wedding Season, please allow up to 2 weeks for completion. Your Perfect Photo Studios guarantees the satisfaction of all packages purchased that contain videos, except for photo & video sessions that are only hourly. For Video Services, clients are responsible and also required to view the video in its entirely, in order to insure proper editing is to their satisfaction. Re-edit's are accepted as long as the client provides full & complete detailed information regarding the necessary changes on the first re-edit. Additional re-edits may result in a singular disk or only uploads to internet video hosting sites, such as Facebook or Utube & may be charged additional fees for both time & reproduction of multiple disks. Clients have 3 days to review their videos and make sure its to their satisfaction. After the 3 day period, the original raw video format will be removed from file, and moved to a master disk copy, which is held incase of loss or damage. This is to provide additional file space for future video projects. Your Perfect Photo Studios reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime, under circumstances that are deemed inappropriate or unjust. Your Perfect Photo Studios will NOT provide video or photo service for any illegal or pornographic scenarios & activities.
Payments:
Payments for services are flexible, either the client may pay all at once, or payment options are available as well, as long as the balance is paid in full by the day of the event. At this time, only Cash is accepted. Due to the frequency of declined personal checks & chargebacks on credit cards - personal checks & credit cards are no longer accepted, unless, if it is a major business establishment or guests at an event purchasing a disk copy. For portfolio usage of photos & videos, a signature is required and can be in the form of document, e-signature and or text is accepted. Deposits at the moment of the consultation are generally not required, except, for packages exceeding $800 & for events outside the Phoenix area. For events, the first half of the balance is due no later than 1 week before the event & remaining balance is due at the time of event. Should for any circumstance, all photographers become unavailable and not replaceable for the event, a full refund will be issued or can be applied for a future event. Should the client need to cancel an event, all, except a $50 deposit fee will be refunded. However, there are NO REFUNDS offered once the photographer has completed the event and/or processed the images. Should the client cancel the service less than the 7 day grace period, then only 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Additional Info:
For the protection of Your Perfect Photo Studios company & services provided, anyone who is connected to government relations, such as, Attorneys, Legal Consultants, District Attorneys and so forth, MUST Sign an additional waiver stating that they will abide to Your Perfect Photo Studios terms & agreements. This protects Your Perfect Photo Studios & the client from unlawful lawsuits. Your Perfect Photo Studios reserves the right to refuse service if waiver is unsigned, even in the duration of an opened assignment. Although Y.P.P.S. will continue to work diligently in efforts to provide excellent service & portraits/videos, it is the expectation of the client to be fair & reasonable in the event of dissatisfaction of images. Clients must comply with Terms & Conditions and hostility or abusive verbiage will NOT be tolerated, therefore, is subject to right of refusal of continued service, even at the moment of the event or in the duration of editing photos or video. Should such hostilities take place during the time of the event, whether its to the primary photographer or to any staff or participating student, proper measures - from calmly addressing the situation, to excusing other staff members from the premises, will take place. Should such hostilities persist (This can include directly from Clients, Family Members, Friends or even other Vendors) Y.P.P.S. reserves the right to refuse any continued service & vacate from the premises with NO Refunds! For events held at a residence, occupant owners are required to have the home in a reasonable cleanly condition. This is for hygienic & safety purposes for staff & photography equipment. Y.P.P.S. also reserves the right to refuse photography service, if the event is held in an unsafe location. For hourly times, clients must arrive on time to begin the photo shoot. It is the responsibility of the client to insure the photographer that professional photography is permitted at the site of the event. Should equipment become stolen or damaged by a patron at the event, the client assumes responsibility for damages occurred.
